ACADEMIC YEAR
 Australia's academic year runs from February to December and
many applications for courses close in October. However, in recent years a number
of institutions, especially Universities and foundation studies programs, have
offered a mid-year
intake. The institutions shown on this site have details for the
specific program of interest to you.
English
language courses are flexible and starting dates are frequent,
often monthly. The Australian academic year commences in
February and varies from that of the Northern Hemisphere. The
six to seven months in between can give students time to
'top-up' their English after completing the Pakistan academic
year in June.
